a new home located within a quiet residential neighbourhood. the goal of this home design was to provide many separate outdoor spaces with access to natural sunlight. by separating the garage, the main house and a garden suite, 4 distinct outdoor spaces are created; one front yard semi-private space, a yard within the front gate, patio area off the living spaces for the main house and a deck/garden area for the suite in the rear of the property.
