a unique design proposition : design a garage building as large as possible while still allowing for a compliant open parking space with walkway adjacent. a large cantilever roof overhang was the solution to provide shade and weather protection for the open space while ensuring a garage building that has lots of room inside as well as natural light. design completed 2022
