a new multiplex on a 47'x123' lot in a quiet level neighbourhood street within walking distance to oakridge. the goal of this development is to create 4 new housing options within a single property consisting of 2 one-level units with 2 bedrooms and 2 two-level units above with 4 bedrooms and views overlooking the street while maintaining privacy for the rear yards. all units feature direct street access. enclosed parking for 2 cars within a garage at lane is proposed. key architectural design elements include simple massing with hip roofs and a projected balcony at front facade, as well as, skylights for top floor stair and hallway areas to bring natural light down into  the core of each upper unit. design completed 2024.
